Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My mission is to inspire and support early childhood educators by reducing stress, increasing joy, and strengthening professional success in this vital field.

 

With over 25 years of experience—as a classroom teacher, Head Start director, curriculum coordinator, college professor, and consultant—I bring both expertise and genuine passion to every session. My approach is grounded in early childhood studies and real-life strategies that make an immediate, positive impact on educators, children, and families.

 

Each session is designed to meet educators where they are and to reignite their passion through engaging stories, practical tools, and dynamic, uplifting energy. Every year, I have the privilege of inspiring thousands of early childhood professionals and helping them implement developmentally appropriate practices that truly matter.

 

When I’m not consulting, I’m enjoying time with my wonderful family. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting educators from birth through 3rd grade. Together, let’s shape a brighter future for young children!
